ICASE is governed by the Executive Committee which is made up of the President, President-Elect, Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chairs of the Executive Committees, and Roundtable Representatives.

The Executive Committee is led by the Executive Officers to include the President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Past President.

The Executive Committee is responsible for overall policy and direction of the organization.
