BARRIERS : What are the obstacles that block us from our vision?
•  Unarticulated operating structure
•  Competing priorities
•  Unidentified personal benefits and value of CASE/ICASE
•  Unarticulated plan of support
•  Varying perspectives with parent groups
•  Unrecognized value of ICASE
•  Conflicting values regarding national perspective
