ICASE Profile
The first organizational meeting of the Indiana Council of Administrators of Special Education was held in late October, 1961, in Indianapolis. The logo was designed later that year and the first Constitution was written in 1962. ICASE became affiliated with the national Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) in April, 1992. ICASE has served the professional needs of its members for forty years and will continue to provide leadership into the 21st century.
