ICASE Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after July 28, 2021 and before September 1. 2021 are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation fees are charged due to fixed costs per person already incurred by ICASE. No refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2021 (After September 1, 2021 you will be responsible for paying for the full conference fee. You are also able to send a replacement in your place.)
If you need to cancel your registration, you must email Jill Ewing @ email@example.com with your request.
ICASE will charge a return check fee for checks (electronic or paper) that are returned. The fee will be the amount that is charged to ICASE.
MASK POLICY: The ICASE PD Committee has made the decision to follow current CDC guidelines, stating masks are recommended for attendees who are fully vaccinated or unvaccinated, and that those who are unvaccinated continue to practice social distancing. Should CDC, Indiana or local guidelines change prior to or during the conference, ICASE guidelines will adjust accordingly and be communicated to attendees.
All attendees are encouraged to remain considerate of fellow attendees’ health and comfort levels. If you are feeling sick and/or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19 or any of its variants, we ask that you please stay home and contact ICASE staff immediately.
