ICASE Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations by January 19, 2018 are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation fees are charged due to fixed costs per person already incurred by ICASE. No refunds for cancellations on or after January 20, 2018 (On or after January 20, 2018, you will be responsible for paying the full conference fee, or you may send a colleague in your place).

  • If you need to cancel your registration, you must email Sam Ells at icasepd@gmail.com and Michelle Neff at mneff.icase@gmail.com with your request. 
  • ICASE will charge a return check fee for checks (electronic or paper) that are returned.  The fee will be the amount that is charged to ICASE.
